Exchange Policy

We have a 48 hrs of receiving your item exchange policy, which means you have 48 hrs after receiving your item to request an exchange. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we do not accept exchange unless the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. We allow exchange to another size or color while customer pays for delivery fee.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and please contact us in the period of 48 hrs from your date of receiving the item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

Our crew thoroughly inspects each item before sending it out. On the other hand, we will be happy to exchange the item for you if it arrives defective. However, there are never Refunds from us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.
